- For over a decade, Erbin was a member of Equal Exchange before serving as staff with organizations such as the Co-operative Development Institute, Co-operative Fund of New England, and Valley Alliance of Worker Co-ops. He is currently executive director with the Neighboring Food Co-op Association (NFCA), a network of 30 food co-ops and start-up initiatives in New England, and teaches an online "Introduction to the Co-operative Movement" at the University of Connecticut. Erbin received his Master of Management: Co-operatives & Credit Unions from St. Mary's University and serves on the board of the National Co-operative Business Association.
